s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 No. 88, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 May 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 11 (Notified areas) Schedule 11— insert— ‘9B Port Douglas—Esplanade and Jalun Park ‘(1) The area of the Esplanade, Jalun Park and the beach at Port Douglas within the following northern and southern boundaries of the Esplanade— (a) a straight line across the southern boundary of Murphy Street at the northern end of the Esplanade to the low water mark of the Coral Sea; (b) a straight line across the northern boundary of Beryl Street at the southern end of the Esplanade to the low water mark of the Coral Sea. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—28 May 2006.’.
