s1 2 s3 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 No. 90, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 11 (Notified areas) (1) Schedule 11, section 17(3), ‘31 May 2005’— omit, insert— ‘19 May 2007’. (2) Schedule 11— insert— ‘16A Townsville—Dean Park ‘(1) The area, including Dean Park, South Townsville, enclosed by the vehicular carriageway of Dean Street, Morey Street, Morehead Street and Rooney Street. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007. ‘16B Townsville—Echlin Street and West End Quarry Reserve ‘(1) The following areas at West End, Townsville— (a) Echlin Street between— (i) Ingham Road at the south-eastern end of Echlin Street; and (ii) the West End Quarry Reserve at the north-eastern end of Echlin Street; (b) the West End Quarry Reserve being Reserve R 230, lot 313 on EP 635, County of Elphinstone, Parish of Coonambelah. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007.

s3 3 s3 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 No. 90, 2005 ‘16C Townsville—Flinders Street ‘(1) Flinders Street, Townsville between— (a) Denham Street at the south-western end of Flinders Street; and (b) Kelleher Place at the eastern end of Flinders Street. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007. ‘16D Townsville—Palmer Street ‘(1) Palmer Street, South Townsville between— (a) Dean Street at the south-western end of Palmer Street; and (b) Archer Street and Ross Street at the north-eastern end of Palmer Street. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007. ‘16E Townsville—Perfume Gardens and Old Magistrates Court ‘(1) The areas at Townsville known as the Perfume Gardens and Old Magistrates Court being lot 453 on EP 1600 and lots 3 and 4 on RP 701686, County of Elphinstone, Parish of Coonambelah. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007. ‘17A Townsville—Victoria Bridge ‘(1) The Victoria Bridge ( the bridge ), Townsville, that is on the part of SL 44/49198, lot 752 on EP 2218, County of Elphinstone, Parish of Coonambelah from the Dean Street end of the bridge to the north-western end of the bridge, excluding the ramps to the bridge. ‘(2) Expiry day for this section—19 May 2007.
