Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of s 10C (Application of Act, ch 4 to type 2 vehicle related offences—Act, s 73A(3)) Section 10C, from ‘South’— omit, insert— ‘whole State.’.
