s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 291, 2007 Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 November 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 4 ‘10C Insertion of new s 10C After section 10B— insert— Application of Act, ch 4 to type 2 vehicle related offences—Act, s 73A(3) ‘For section 73A(3) of the Act, the application of chapter 4 of the Act to type 2 vehicle related offences is extended to the South Eastern Police region. Note — The South Eastern Police Region comprises the Gold Coast and Logan Police Districts.
