This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000 . ˙ Insertion of new s 8A 3. After section 8— insert— ˙ ‘ Declaration of notified areas—Act, s 41 ‘ 8A. Each area described in schedule 8A is a notified area for the Act.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 8A 4. After schedule 8— insert— ‘ SCHEDULE 8A ‘ NOTIFIED AREAS section 8A 1. The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise between Clifford Street and Higman Street.’.
