Act No. 19,1967.

An Act to increase certain penalties under the Police Offences Act, 1901, the Vagrancy Act, 1902, and the Crimes Act 1900, as amended by subsequent Acts; for this and other purposes to amend those Acts, as so amended; and for purposes connected

therewith. [Assented to, 23rd March, 1967,]

Council and L.egislative Assembly of New South Wales in

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as

follows : —

Short title	1.	(1) This Act may be cited as the “Police Offences,
and

citation. Vagrancy and Crimes (Amendment) Act, 1967”.

(2) The Police Offences Act, 1901, as amended by No. 1 9 ,1967

subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Police

Offences Act, 1901-1967.

2. The Police Offences Act, 1901, as amended by sub- Amendment

sequent Acts, is amended—
