Regulations under the Police Offences Ordinance 1930'

I, PETER D R E W DURACK, the Attorney-General of the Common­ wealth of Australia, hereby make the following Regulations under the Police Offences Ordinance 1930.

POLICE OFFENCES REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police Offences Regulations.

2. Each of the following games is prescribed for the purpose of the definition of "Unlawful g a m e " in section 5 of the Police Offences Ord­ inance 1930:

( a )	baccarat;
(b )	blackjack;

(c) craps;

(d ) manila;

(e) punto-banco;
