To amend the Police Offences Ordinance 1930-1934.

1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Votive Offences ,si„,ri uue

(2.) The Police Offences Ordinance 1980-1934 is in this Ordi-
nance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.
(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,
may be cited as the Police Offences Ordinance 1930-1937.
2. Sections thirteen and thirty-nine, sub-paragraph (ix) of K.,|„,,I ,,r paragraph (b) of sub-section (1.) of .section forty, paragraphs^""'.,. (e), (/) and (</) of that sub-section, paragraphs (b) and (/) of
section forty-one, and sections fifty-seven and fifty-eight of the
Principal Ordinance are repealed.

| "(1.) Any person who takes or in any manner uses any vehicle the property of any other person without the consent of the owner or person in lawful possession thereof shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty: Fifty pounds or imprisonment for six months.". | |
