Police (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations

2001

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Police Regulations 1992 by removing references to time limits and related matters in lodging appeals against promotion or transfer decisions or applications for reviews with the Police Appeals Board.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 130 of the Police Regulation Act 1958.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 29 July
2001.

4. Revocations

In the Police Regulations 19921, regulations 602(1)(b), 603, 608, 610(b), 611 and 617 are revoked.
