Police (GST Exemption) Amendment Act 2013

An Act to amend the Police Act 1998.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Police (GST Exemption) Amendment Act 2013.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Part 2Amendment of Police Act 19983Amendment of section 76 – Regulations

Section 76(2)—after paragraph (b) insert:

  1. (ba)

    may fix fees and provide for the payment, recovery, refund, waiver or reduction of such fees; and
