Police Force Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2020

Made by the Commissioner of Police.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Police Force Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2020.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and

C. DAWSON, Commissioner of Police.

Penalties) Act 2020 section 33 comes into operation.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Police Force Regulations 1979.

4.           Regulation 605 amended

After regulation 605(1)(i)(iv) insert:

(iva) is given a prohibition notice under the

Road Traffic Act 1974 section 71BA; or
