Made by the Commissioner of Police, with the approval of the Minister for Police and Emergency Services under section 9.

Citation (No. 2) 2004.

The regulations amended Regulations 1979*.

Regulation 502 amended inserted instead —

“

(a) he is —

(i) an Australian citizen, or a permanent Commonwealth; or
resident, within the meaning of the

(ii) the holder of a temporary visa within relevant work in Australia;
the meaning of the Migration Act 1958
of the Commonwealth and is authorised

”.
