POLICE FORCE AMENDMENT R;EGUWITIONS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by the Commissioner of Police under section 9 with the approval of the

Minister for Police.

Citation

1. These re lations may be cited as the Police Force Amendment

Regulations f l 0. 2) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Police Force Regulations 197P are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Part VIIA repealed and transitional provision

3. (1) Part VIIA of the principal regulations is repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1) -

(a) the repealed Part VILA continues to apply to any vacancy advertized in the Police Gazette under repealed re ation 7A13

or 7A27 before the commencement of subregulation k"	1); and
(b)	for the purposes of paragraph (a) -
(i) the bodies created by the repealed Part VIIA continue in

existence; and

(ii)      the provisions deleted or repealed by regulations 4 and 5

continue to have effect,

so far as may be necessary,

First Schedule amended

4.      The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting

Forms 2,3 and 4.

Fifth Schedule repealed

5.      The Fifth Schedule to the principal regdations is repeaIed.
