These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the
Firearms Act 2024 section 440 comes into operation.
These regulations amend the
In regulation 103 in the definition of
(a) delete “
Firearms Act 1973 section 4 — ” and insert:
(b) in paragraph (c) delete “firearm”.
