Police Force Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Commissioner of Police, with the approval of the Minister for Police under section 9.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Police Force Amendment
Regulations 2001.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Police Force
Regulations 1979* .

3.           Regulation 608 amended

(1)	Regulation 608(1)(b) is amended before "directly or indirectly solicit" by inserting —
" subject to regulation (1a), "
(2)	After regulation 608(1) the following subregulation is inserted —
(1a) The Commissioner may delegate, to an officer of the rank of Superintendent or higher, the approval power conferred on the Commissioner under subregulation (1)(b). fl.
