Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In regulation 3 delete the definitions of:
accident road traffic conviction record
(2)	In regulation 3 in the definition of traffic infringement notice record delete “Road Traffic Act 1974 section 102.” and insert:
Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 79.

5.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete items 7 and 8 and insert:

7.      Provision of incident information as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 12(1) —

(a) to those involved or their representatives (outlining

certain accident details) ............................................. $40.40

(b)	to Insurance Commission of Western Australia for
third party insurance purposes ................................... $40.40
