Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Police (Fees) Amendment

2 June 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1943

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2-on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981.

4.            Schedule I amen(ie(i

(1) In Schedule 1 delete item 3 and insert:

3.     Authorised copy of a photograph .........................................$11.90

(2) In Schedule 1 delete item 6 and insert:

6. Copy of a traffic offence detection photograph (e.g. traffic

speed camera, red light camera) provided by police ............$11.90

(3)	In Schedule I amend the provisions listed in the Table as set Out in the Table.
