Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Police (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981.

4.            Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

Schedule 1 — Fees

[r. 2(1)]

1.       Copy of a person's traffic records —

(a) road traffic conviction record	$21.70
(b) traffic infringement notice record	$21.70

2. Escorts and Guards -
(a) each person provided per hour and part thereof for -

(i)    high risk escorts carried out by TRG ...................$94.60

(ii) emergency escorts ................................................$106.90

(iii) other escorts .........................................................$91.50

(b)

per km rate for - (ii) motor cycle ...........................................................34.1 cents

(c) cancellation or modification of booking (less than

14 days notice) .............................................................$152.85

3.       Photographs, authorised reproductions -

(a) 5 or more from the same film, per photograph ............ $15. 10

(b) otherwise, per photograph ...........................................$24.30

4.       National criminal history record check -

(a)	issued to a volunteer organisation ................................$11.50
(b)	issued to a public sector body ......................................$38.10

(c) issued to a business ...................................................... $38.50

5.

National police certificate .................................................... $55.50

6.

Traffic offence detection photographs (e.g. traffic speed
camera, red light camera) if provided by police, per copy ... $24.30

7.       Provision of accident information -

(a) details of accident to those involved or their representatives (outlining certain accident details) $37.40

(b) details of accident to Insurance Commission of

Western Australia for third party insurance purposes $37.40

8. Provision of information about a reported incident to those
involved or their representatives (outlining certain

9.       Replacement of prosecution documents -

(a)
