Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011
Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.1. Citation
These regulations are the Police (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2011.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)
regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.
3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981.
4. Schedule 1 replaced
Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

1. Copy of a person's traffic records —
(a) road traffic conviction record $21.70 (b) traffic infringement notice record $21.70
