Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Police (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Police (Fees)
Regulations 1981*.

3.            Schedule amended

The Schedule is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 4(a) by deleting "$10.00-	and inserting
instead — " $9.00 ";

(b)

in item 4(b) by deleting "$34.00" and inserting " $31.00 ";

(c)

in item 4(c) by deleting "$46.00" and inserting " $42.00 ".
