Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Police (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 September 2001.

3.            Schedule replaced

The Schedule to the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981* is repealed

and the following Schedule is inserted instead -

1.	Traffic conviction record fee ........................................	$13.75
2.	Escorts and Guards -

(a) each person provided per hour or part thereof

for -

(i) high risk escorts carried out by Tactical

Response Group .................................... 859.11

(ii) other escorts .......................................... $51.70

(b) per km rate for -

outlining certain accident details) ......................	$26.15
(i)	motor vehicle .........................................	71.6 cents
(ii)	motor cycle ............................................	24.1 cents

(c) travelling allowance, where applicable, to be
charged in accordance with the Police Award.

3.       Photographs, authorised reproductions -

(a)	black and white, 254 mm x 203.2 mm ...............	$15.20
(b)	colour, 127 mm x 177.8 mm ..............................	$15.20

4.

Police clearance certificates, each ................................ $18.70

5.       Preparation of reports for private prosecutions per

hour or part thereof....................................................... $53.90

6.       Traffic offence detection photographs (e.g. traffic

speed camera, red light camera) if provided by police,

percopy........................................................................ $15.20

7.       Provision of accident information -

(a) details of accident to those involved or their representatives (including explanatory letter

(b) details of accident to Insurance Commission of Western Australia for Third Party Insurance purposes $22.00
