Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Police (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.             Schedule amended

The Schedule to the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981* is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 1 by deleting “Conviction” and inserting “ Traffic conviction ”;

(b) in the items listed in column 1 of the Table to this subregulation by deleting the amounts set out in column 2 of the Table and inserting instead the amounts set out in column 3.
