Police (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Police (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 1999.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1999.

3.             The Schedule amended

The Schedule to the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981* is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 2(a) by deleting “$38.00” and inserting “ $39.00 ”;

(b) in item 5 by deleting “$38.00” and inserting instead — “ $39.00 ”.
