POLICE (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Police (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1995.

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981* is amended —

(a) in item 3 (a) by deleting "$7.00" and substituting the following —

$23.00 "; and

(b)	in item 3 (b) by deleting 110.00" and substituting the following —
