MR ENRIGHT MELBOURNE, 28 JANUARY 2016
Alteration of other rules of organisation.

[1]        On 15 September 2015 the Tasmania Police Branch of the Police Federation of

Australia lodged with the Fair Work Commission a notice and declaration setting out

particulars of alterations to its Branch Rules. Further information was provided about the

steps taken to transact the alterations on 10 December 2015.

[2]        The particulars set out alterations to Tasmania Police Branch Rules 52BR and 52BU.

[3]        On the information contained in the notice, I am satisfied the alterations have been

made under the rules of the organisation.
