Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 7 December 2015 the New South Wales Branch of the Police Federation of

Australia lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an

election for the following offices:

Delegates to the Branch Biennial Conference:

Central Metropolitan Region Area One (12)

Central Metropolitan Region Area Two (12)

North West Metropolitan Region Area One (11)

North West Metropolitan Region Area Two (10)

South West Metropolitan Region Area One (10)

South West Metropolitan Region Area Two (10)

Northern Region Area One (12)

Northern Region Area Two (8)

Southern Region Area One (8)

Southern Region Area Two (8)

Western Region (11)

Commissioned Officers Region (9)

NON-Local Area Command Region 1 (14)

NON-Local Area Command Region 2 (11)

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
[2015] FWCD 8537

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
