Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 12 and 25 March 2014 the Police Federation of Australia - Australian Federal Police Association Branch lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election to fill casual vacancies for the remainder of the term of office in the following offices:

Executive Zone

Branch Zone Coordinator

High Tech Crime Operations Zone

Branch Zone Workplace Delegate

[2]        On the same dates the Branch lodged the prescribed information in relation to an

election for the following offices due to insufficient nominations in E2013/206 and

E2013/274:

Policy & Governance Zone

Branch Zone Coordinator

Protection Zone

Branch Zone Workplace Delegate

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
