Police Assistance Compensation Act Regulations 1965

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Police Assistance Compensation Act Regulations 1965.

2.Prescribed amounts

For the purposes of — 

• (a)

  subparagraph (i) of paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 5 of the Police Assistance Compensation Act 1964, an amount of one thousand pounds is hereby prescribed; and

• (b)

  subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 5 of that Act, the amount in the aggregate of five thousand pounds is hereby prescribed.

1.         This is a compilation of the Police Assistance Compensation Act Regulations 1965 and includes the amendments referred to in the following Table.
