1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Police Amendment (Total and Permanent Disability Scale)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 October 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Amendment of Police Regulation 2008

Clause 131A TPD minimum scale to be included in approved death and disability insurance policy

Omit the scale to the clause. Insert instead:
