The object of this Regulation is to revise the minimum payments for total and permanent disability for regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Police Amendment (Total and Permanent Disability Scale)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 October 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
