Made under the Police Amendment (Medical Retirement) Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation

This proclamation is the Police Amendment (Medical
Retirement) Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2019.
2. Commencement of Act

The Police Amendment (Medical Retirement) Act 2019, other
than Part 1, comes into operation on the day after the day on
which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Notes: The Police Force Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2019, other than
regulations 1 and 2, come into operation when the Police Amendment
(Medical Retirement) Act 2019 Part 2 comes into operation.

regulations 1 and 2, come into operation when the Police Amendment (Medical
Retirement) Act 2019 Part 2 comes into operation.
The Industrial Relations Commission Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2019,
other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation when the Police
Amendment (Medical Retirement) Act 2019 Part 3 comes into operation.
