Police Amendment Act 2011 Commencement

Proclamation 2018

Made under the Police Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) by the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

This proclamation is the Police Amendment Act 2011
Commencement Proclamation 2018.

2.            Commencement of Act

The Police Amendment Act 2011, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

the Police Amendment Act 2011 section 4 comes into operation.

Note: The Police (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018 come into operation when
