In this paragraph references to " prescribed minimum salary " or to " prescribed maximum salary " or to " prescribed minimum annual rate " or to " prescribed maximum annual rate " shall be read as referring to those matters and each of them as prescribed under paragraph ( i. ) of this subsection and, if adjusted under paragraph ( iii. ) of this subsection, as so adjusted for the time being.
