An Act to amend the " Police Act, 1869."

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows:

B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

1904," and shall be read and incorporated with the " Police Act, corporation.

1, This Act may be cited as the '' Police Act Amendment Act, short tide and in-

1869," and all Acts amending the same.

2, Any person standing or loitering in any street, road, thorough- Amendment of

fare, or footpath, and who shall, after being requested by any police

or other constable to move on or cease loitering, neglect or refuse

so to do shall be guilty of an offence, and liable, on conviction, to a

penalty of not exceeding Forty Shillings; and this sectiou shall be read and construed as if the same had originally formed portion of section 79 of the b 6 Police Act, 1869."
