AN ACT to amend section nine of the Police Act

Amendment Act, 1902.

[Assented to 27th November, 1945.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Police Act Amendment Short title.

Act, 1902, Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one

with the Police Act Amendment Act, 1902 (2 Ed. VII., No. XXXI.), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section nine of the principal Act is amended by Aim/dine/A

deleting from paragraph (a) of subsection (1) the words °

"during any part of any Sunday" in lines two and three

of such paragraph and inserting in lieu thereof the words

"on Christmas Day or on Good Friday in any year, or

during any part of any such days respectively."
