AN ACT to amend the Police Act, 1892.

[Assented to, "i gth October, 199g.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

.13with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Police Act Amendmen t

Act, 1898. Short title.

2. SECTION two of the Police Act, 1892, Amendment Act, Repeal of Section 2

1894 (No. 2), shall be and the same is hereby repealed. of 58 Vic., No. 20.

3. EVERY member of the police force may prosecute for any

breach of or offence against any by-law or regulation made by any	for broach of by. laws
Power to prosecute
Municipality, Roads Board, or Board of Health.
