Poisons Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933.

Interpretation
Regulation 3 of the Poisons Regulations is amended—
(a)by omitting “and Dangerous Drugs” from the definition of “the Ordinance”; and
(b)by omitting the definition of “restricted substance”.
Licences
2. Regulation 4 of the Poisons Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (2).
Prescriptions
3. Regulation 12 of the Poisons Regulations is amended—
(a)by omitting “a narcotic drug,”;
(b)by omitting from paragraph (a) “his” and substituting “that person’s”; and
(c)by omitting from paragraph (g) “in his own handwriting”.
Dispensing
4. Regulation 13 of the Poisons Regulations is amended—
(a)by omitting from subregulation (1) “a narcotic drug,”;
(b)by omitting subregulation (2);
(c)by omitting from paragraph (3) (e) “6” and substituting “12”; and
(d)by inserting in paragraph (3) (f) “or she” after “he”.
Repeal
5. Regulations 16, 16A, 16B and 22 of the Poisons Regulations are repealed.
Schedule
6. The Schedule to the Poisons Regulations is amended—
(a)by omitting “and Dangerous Drugs”;
(b)by inserting “or her” after “his”.
