Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2005

I make the following order under section 3 of the Poisons Act 1971 .12 October 2005

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order 2005 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Prohibited substances)Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by inserting after item 24 the following items: 24A.   2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethylthiophenethylamine (otherwise known as 2C-T-2). 24B.   2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenethylamine (otherwise known as 2C-I). (b) by inserting after item 26 the following item: 26A.   2,5-dimethoxy-4-(N)-propylthiophenethylamine (otherwise known as 2C-T-7). (c) by inserting after item 47 the following item: 47A.   5-methoxy-α-methyltryptamine (otherwise known as 5-MeO-AMT).
