Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014

I make the following order under section 59A of the Poisons Act 1971 .10 February 2014

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 amended (Prescribed periods) Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by inserting after item 12 in the table the following:

12A.  Lisdexamfetamine 0

(b) by inserting after item 14 in the table the following:

14A.  Nabiximols 0

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
