I make the following order under section 15(1) of the Poisons Act 1971 .20 December 2010

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Poisons List Amendment Order (No. 3) 2010 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Poisons List Order 2001 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 4 amended (Restricted Substances) Schedule 4 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by inserting after item 40029 the following:

40029B.  Afamelanotide (Melanocyte stimulating hormone).

(b) by inserting after item 40121E the following:

40122.  Asenapine.

(c) by inserting after item 40161 the following:

40162.  Belimumab.

(d) by inserting after paragraph (c) in item 40868 the following:

40868M.  Linagliptin.

(e) by inserting after item 41074 the following:

41074M.  Nitisinone.

(f) by inserting after item 41082 the following:

41082M.  Nomegestrol.

(g) by inserting after item 41348 the following:

41348M.  Roflumilast.

(h) by inserting after item 41358M the following:

41358T.  Rupatadine.

(i) by inserting after item 41363 the following:

41363M.  Sapropterin.

(j) by inserting after item 41456M the following:

41456T.  Tafluprost.

(k) by inserting after item 41592 the following:

41592M.  Tuberculin.

5Schedule 8 amended (Narcotic Substances) Schedule 8 to the Principal Order is amended by inserting after item 8071 the following item:

8071M.  Tapentadol.
