Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2015

I make the following order under section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 .29 July 2015

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2015 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 1 ; (b) by inserting after item 3 the following:

3A.  AOD-9604(CAS No.221231-10-3).

(c) by inserting after item 17 the following:

17A.  CJC-1295 (CAS No.863288-34-0).

(d) by omitting items 31AA and 31A and substituting the following:

31A.	Growth hormone-releasing hormones (GHRHs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.
31B.	Growth hormone-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6).
31C.	Growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.
31D.	Growth hormone-releasing secretagogues (GHSs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List.
31E.	Hexarelin.
31F.	Insulin-like growth factors.
31G.	Ipamorelin.

(e) by inserting after item 52A the following:

52B.  Pralmorelin (growth hormone-releasing peptide-2) (GHRP-2).
