Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2000

I make the following order under section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 .14 December 2000

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Amendment Order 2000 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:

2.  Anabolic and androgenic steroidal agents, including those separately specified in Schedule 4 of the Poisons List (S4).

(b) by inserting after item 54 the following:

54A.  Somatropin (human growth hormone).

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
