Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2007

Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2002 to increase certain fees in relation to the supply of substances included in Schedule 2 to the Poisons List, the wholesale supply of poisons and restricted substances and the manufacture and supply of drugs of addiction.

The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (adjusted sections 17 (1) (a1) and 24 (1) (f).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2007.

2 Amendment of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2002

The Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2002 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Insert instead “$65”.

Omit “$370” wherever occurring in clauses 156 (3) (b) and 160 (b).
Insert instead “$385”.

Insert instead “$510”.
