Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994 to increase application fees and annual licence fees in relation to licences to wholesale, manufacture or supply poisons, restricted substances or drugs of addiction under the regulation. The fee increases are generally in line with CPI increases.

This Regulation is made under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966, including section 45C (the general regulation-making power).

Regulation 2001

1. Name of Regulation

   This Regulation is the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Amendment
   Regulation 2001.

2. Amendment of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994

   The Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
