Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2000

under the

Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are:

(a)

to increase certain fees payable for licences to supply by wholesale poisons or restricted substances from $300 to $315, and

(b)

to increase certain fees payable for licences to manufacture drugs of addiction from $405 to $420, and

(c)

to increase certain fees payable for licences to supply drugs of addiction from $200 to $210.

The increases do not affect public institutions or charitable organisations.
This Regulation is made under section 24 of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods

Act 1966, in particular section 24 (1) (f).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2000.

2     Amendment of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994

The Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
