Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1997

Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods
Act 1966.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the fee payable for a licence to manufacture drugs of addiction from $395 to $405. The increase does not apply to public institutions.
This Regulation is made under section 24 of the Poisons and Therapeutic
Goods Act 1966, in particular section 24 (1) (f).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods
Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1997.
2 Amendment of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994
The Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 1994 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Omit “$395” from clause 142 (3) (b). Insert instead “$405”.
