An Ordinance to amend the Poisons and Narcotic Drugs Ordinance 1978

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Poisons and Narcotic Drugs

(Amendment) Ordinance 1982.1

Grant of licence

2. Section 29D of the Poisons and Narcotic Drugs Ordinance 19782 is amended by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (b) "to the Capital Territory Health Commission".
