Poisons and Drugs Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Poisons and Drugs Act 1978.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Poisons and Drugs Regulations.

Schedule 3

3.  Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a)by inserting before the item relating to Clomiphene the following restricted substance and class:

“Acitretin specialists practising in the field of dermatology or specialist physicians”; and

(b)by inserting after the item relating to Dinoprostone the following restricted substance and class:

“Dronabinol medical practitioners authorised by the Secretary of the Department of Human Services and Health of the Commonwealth”.
