An Ordinance to amend the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs

(Amendment) Ordinance 1982 .1

Licences to sell poisons, &c.

2. Section 8 of the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 19 3 3 2 is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) "grant, on payment of the prescribed fee," and substituting "on payment of the prescribed fee to the Capital Territory Health Commission, grant".
