An Ordinance to amend the Poisons and

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance I981. 1

Powers of inspection

2. Section 10 of the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 19332 is amended by omitting "or restricted substances" and substituting ", restricted substances and any other substances that are Schedule 4 or Schedule 8 sub­ stances within the meaning of the Poisons and Narcotic Drugs Ordinance 1978".
