AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Adminis­ tration) Act 1910.

POISONS AND DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT)

ORDINANCE 1978

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Poisons and Dangerous

Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.*

2. Section 40B of the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance

1933f is amended—

(a) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

" (aa) a registered dentist;"; and

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(b)

by inserting in paragraph (f) " , a registered dentist" after " medical practitioner ".
