AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933,

as amended by the Ordinances Revision (Health Commission)

Ordinance 1975.

1 . ( 1 ) This Ord inance may be cited as the Poisons and Dangerous

Drugs Ordinance 1976 .*

( 2 ) T h e Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933-1967 , f as

amended by the Ordinances Revision (Health Commission) Ordinance

1975,3; is in this Ord inance referred to as the Pr incipal Ord inance .

( 3 ) Schedule 2 to the Ordinances Revision (Health Commission)

Ordinance 1975 is a m e n d e d —

( a ) by omit t ing from Co lumn 1 the words and figures " Poisons

and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933 -1 9 6 7 " ; and

t	O r d i n a n c e	N o .	17,	1975 .
(b) by omitting from paragraph (l)(b) all words after " proportion of" and substituting the figures and words " 45 grams of Armenian bole or colouring matter to 1 kilogram of strychnine".

( b ) by omit t ing from Co lumn 2 the words and figures " Poisons

and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933-1975 ".

( 4 ) T h e Pr incipal Ord inance , as amended by this Ord inance , may

be cited as the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933-1976 .

2 . Section 4 of the Principal Ord inance is repealed.

3. Section 2 6 of the Pr incipal Ord inance is a m e n d e d —

( a ) by omitt ing from pa rag raph ( l ) ( a ) all words after the

words "propor t ion o f " and subst i tut ing the figures and words " 6 0 s r ams of soot or 3 0 grams of indigo, at the least, to 1 k i logram of arsenic; and " ; and
